Parking is a huge mess at this complex… n they refuse to take care of the parking situation …
I gave you 3 stars, because the property is very nice, but the requirements and red tape to move in is just ridiculous. A perfect credit score, 6 figs. A year on the books, you people aren't realistic... Apartments are supposed to be for those who can't afford a house, if someone had everything perfectly lined up, why would they rent from you? You make it a completely ridiculous process to get the keys, you want a kidney and a first born child. It's shouldn't be like this, this shouldn't even be legal. I can't find a home for me and my son, even making over six figs a year because of the endless red tape with your requirements and paperwork. It's so ridiculous...
This place used to be called Greenbrier. That's when actually things got done. There is no rent control. They raise your rent 50$ every year for past 9 years,now 175$ a year. They extort money from you for the beautification of property thats another 175$ .And the landscapers don't use fertilizer for the grass. For the past 5 years we don't have a lawn. We have weeds. We have dandelion, we have clover and any other weed you can think of. And they charge us for this. They're handy men are terrible.They do work at your apartment and leave the mess for you to clean up. I was an electrician for 35 years, if I did that.I would be fired that day. Their handyman pulled out a washer and dryer and the oil leaked all over my carpet that I had to pay out of my pocket to have cleaned. Since Suncrest village took over , there is a ton of section 8 in here. These low class people won't even bend over to pick garbage infront of their own apartment. They walk right buy it. You don't have to own where you live to live like a human being and take pride and keep your place clean. Plus when it was Greenbrier, there were no pets. Now we have dog owners that let their pet poop on your weed lawn and go back to their place for you to pick it up. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else if you can afford it.
